I do realize that this snow storm might not be that impressive to some. However, it is a very big deal where we live. The kids had a 1/2 day last Thursday and a whole day off on Friday. Needless to say it was a very long weekend for everyone but thought a couple of pictures would be fun. 
It rained first then froze about a 1/2 inch and then it snowed 3 inches on top of that. The road were really bad mainly because we don't have snow plows. Like none. They put out salt if you are lucky and that is it.
Johnathan said he felt like he couldn't even recognize our neighborhood with snow everywhere because it looked so different. He said it looked just like Utah.

How fun, a little piece of home. I wish everyone was more cautious around here after a storm...some people just fly by like it is no big deal- SCARY!
That's so funny that little of snow could shut things down. By the way, I love your family picture at the top of your blog...so cute!
Very fun! I miss the snow...sometimes. It was snowing down here last night. They haven't seen snow here since the '80s!
