Tennis Buddies

We took the kids to play tennis at the high school courts down the street. The courts are really nice with stadium seating. I was in heaven playing with my little tennis buddies.

Johnathan is doing very good and can hit the ball over the net.

Lauren could hit the ball if you throw it at her racket.

Luke liked carrying around the tennis case.

Even Mom and Dad got to play for a couple of minutes while the kids played.

Sea World Trip

Thank goodness for strollers. All of the kids could take a ride if they got too tired.
The kids did really well and loved every minute.

The kids wanted stuffed animal Shamus. Lauren kept calling her killer whale, "Shampoo". Sea World was a little crazy over spring break. We all had a great time. The kids can't wait to go back.

Little Baker

Lauren loves being a little baker with her mom. One of her favorite things to make and eat is Grandma Van Dyke's Banana Oatmeal Cookies. She thinks she is so big with her apron on.

St. Patrick's Day Party

All week long Johnathan would come home and tell me that these silly Leprechauns would come and mess up their classroom at school. On Friday he had a St. Patrick's Day party and the got a piece of gold and a green necklace.

New Basketball Hoop

Ryan put in a real basketball hoop in the front yard. Johnathan was so excited about it he told the whole neighborhood before it even happened. Lauren is still in her PJ's because she was recovering from having her tonsils out. She wanted to play really bad but we got her to sit on the grass and watch. Good job Ryan on the basketball hoop. I think it is a hit.

Old Basketball Hoop

This is the old basketball hoop in the back yard. The kids have so much fun playing on this hoop but it is too small and we where ready to move on up to a bigger and better one.

Lauren's Tonsils

Lauren got her tonsils out last Friday. She is doing very well and I am having a hard time keeping her from moving around too much. She is so sick of soft foods. She said to Ryan the other night that she can't wait until she can eat crunchy things again and run around a lot. She is a real trooper.
